A. Yes certainly, you can purchase, single or complete sets of ironmongery for your gates.
Q. "What treatment options are available fo my gates/doors?"
A. We use Barrettine “Light Brown” a spare can is available to purchase with your order.
Q. "Can our gates/doors be made to measure?"
A. Yes, all our gates/doors are made to order to your exact sizes and specifications.
Q. "What payment methods do you accept?"
A. We accept a cheque or an online bank transfer for payment. Contact us for more detail.
Q. "What types of timber are used for the gates?"
A. We use mainly Douglas Fir, Scandinavian or Canadian Redwood (softwood) and Iroko, Sapele or
European Oak (hardwood).
Q. "Do you supply automation?"
A. Just call or email us, we have contact details for local Automation companies.
Q. "Do you only make timber products?"
A. Yes.
Q. "Do you have gates in stock?"
A. All our products are made to order, we do not carry any stock.
Q. "What are your opening hours?"
A. As we are often fitting on site, we have no set opening times, please telephone us on
before you make a special journey!
Q. "Do you offer a fitting service?"
A. Please contact us to see if you are based within our fitting area.
Q. "What are your delivery charges"
A. Please email us with your full address and post code for delivery costs.
Q. "Will you measure my gates/garage doors if I wish to place an order?"
A. Yes, of course! if you do not feel confident, we will check your measurements when you have placed your order with us. Prior to this, we will always send you an accurate estimate based on your own sizes and requirements. If this is accepted and we receive your deposit then we will come out to measure accurately.
